Youth Boys' Summer Academy:

Who: Boys who will be entering the 1st – 9th grades in the
Fall of 2012.

When: Monday - Friday, August 6th – August 12th

Time: 9:00 – 3:00 pm (9:00 - 12:00 for 1st and 2nd Graders)

Where: Sanborn Middle School, located in Concord, MA

What To Bring: Soccer cleats, running shoes, shin-guards, soccer ball with name on it, lunch, sunscreen and water.

Cost: $315.00 (165.00 for 1st and 2nd Grade Half-Day)

Registration Requirements: Completed registration form, signed medical release form and $315.00 check are required to register. A copy of a physical examination within the past 24 months and a copy of immunization records are also required. Pursuant to state law, no camper will be allowed to participate until all forms are received. Registration is first come, first served.

Rain: Camp will run in rainy weather provided that fields are deemed playable. In the case of thunderstorms/lightning players will be brought off of the field until conditions clear. If the weather requires a session to be canceled information will be posted on the main page of our web site and an email will be sent to all families. Cancelled sessions will not be made up.

Massachusetts Department of Public Health: This camp must comply with regulations of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and be licensed by the Concord Board of Health.
